Not happy with your order? Send an email to info@vanrosa.nl with your name and ordernr.

You have the right to return your item within 14 days after receiving it. The item must not be used or show any traces of it. You'll receive the amount you payed back within 14 days after I received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange:

If you like to exchange your items because you changed your mind, send an email to info@vanrosa.nl with your name and ordernr.

You can place a new order in the shop with the Item you like to have.

Exeptions:

Not happy with the item you received because it has flaws or differences from the product description in the shop? Send and email to info@vanrosa.nl with detailed photo's and a clear description. If I agree with your comments we find a solution that suits the issue.
